I’m Sherry Sternhagen, LICSW, a holistic sex therapist offering telehealth sessions throughout Washington State. I work collaboratively with individuals, couples, and polyamorous or non-monogamous groups to support sexual wellbeing, intimacy, and relational health in a safe, affirming space. My work is relational, thoughtful, and paced to meet you where you are. I help clients explore sexuality, intimacy, and connection with curiosity rather than pressure, integrating emotional, relational, and embodied perspectives to support meaningful and sustainable change.
